Our process
Our delivery framework adheres to industry standards: PMBOK, Agile and Prince2. Based on your preference, a lighter version of Agile-Prince2 hybrid delivery model will be introduced to your projects. Based on the nature of the project or our clients preferences, Agile or Waterfall models could also be practiced. We will not pressure your staff to BECOME framework experts, instead, our team will guide and educate your staff through the process and match the delivery of the project to your strategic goals.
